Worth it if…
Yes when it fits your route: as a Vegas day trip it delivers the only walk-on-glass-over-the-canyon experience there is, and the Hualapai admission includes Eagle Point and Guano Point overlooks that are spectacular on their own. First-time canyon visitors coming FROM Vegas are the right audience.
Pick another deck if…
You're going to the National Park anyway — the South Rim's free viewpoints out-view the Skywalk by any measure, and $99–114 per person for All-Access buys a lot of park. Also skip if a first-come queue at the glass (even with a pass) sours the price for you.

Best time to visit
First entries of the morning — hard light comes fast in the desert, tour buses from Vegas land late morning, and the glass is cleanest at open.
Hours: Daily 8am–6pm (to 7pm summer); last ticket sold 4:30pm. Arizona time — no daylight saving. · Pricing note: The old Skywalk 'add-on' model is GONE (most sites still describe it — they're outdated). Current tiers: General Admission $67 does NOT include the Skywalk; All-Access Pass $99 (Skywalk + zipline + tours); Sunset Pass $59 (after-3pm entry, Skywalk included). Pre-tax — All-Access lands ~$114 out the door. Skywalk entry is first-come even with a pass.
Tips from the deck
- The Sunset Pass ($59, entry after 3pm, Skywalk included) is the value play if the glass is your only goal — desert light after 3pm is the best of the day anyway.
- Ignore any page describing a ~$27 Skywalk 'add-on' — that pricing structure no longer exists; if a reseller quotes it, the listing is stale.
- Guano Point, included with every tier, is the sleeper — a peninsula overlook many Skywalk visitors skip that beats the glass for raw views.
- From Vegas allow a full day: ~2h each way, last ticket sold 4:30pm.
- Cameras, GoPros, tripods and bags are still banned on the glass (free lockers, shoe booties provided) — but phones are now allowed, at your own drop-risk.

There's no standalone Skywalk ticket anymore. Walking the glass requires either the All-Access Pass ($99 + tax, ~$114 out the door, includes zipline and tours) or the after-3pm Sunset Pass ($59, Skywalk included). Plain General Admission ($67) does NOT include the Skywalk.
